Do you want a convenient way to keep up with what is going on in our city, in Glenorchy?
In particular, do you want to keep up with Council is doing? It’s plans. It’s decisions. It’s policies.
I started the Glenorchy City Observer at the beginning of 2018 as an attempt to help people learn how the Council works. It was not until I’d voted in the council election that I realized that the dysfunctional behaviour of the preceding council had been allowed to take place by the inactivity and disinterest of most residents – including me.
I try extremely hard to stick to the facts, to only make statements that can be supported by evidence available publicly. If I inadvertently make any errors of fact, feel free to let me know. Include the source of the data that supports your statement and I will correct what I wrote.
You’re welcome to follow, like or recommend my page.

Finally, if you become aware of any issues that interest or concern you, let me know. I’ll try to write the story behind the issue.
